  2. Cleanliness. Keep clean and use a towel. Foreign sweat on machines is not pleasant for anyone.
  3. Order. After the exercise, return the equipment and dumbbells to their original place. They are there for everyone.
  4. Respect. Respect others when you practice and they will respect you too.
  5. Safety. Always take care of your health. Also to the health of others. Wear things suitable for training in a fitness centre. Flip-flops are not appropriate footwear for exercise.
  6. Ego. Leave it outside the FitCamp door.
  7. Noise and consideration. Don’t throw a barbell on the ground unless it’s necessary. It is difficult to exercise in a noisy environment.
  8. Environmental friendliness. Turn off the light behind you in the restroom if you’re the last one out.
  9. Personal stuff. Leave your personal belongings in the locker or safe at reception. Do not bring sports bags or backpacks into the fitness center.
  10. Feels good. Turn off your head, forget your worries, banish stress and have fun moving like we do.
