I am currently continuing my studies at the master&#8217;s level.<\/p>\n<h4>Specialization:<\/h4>\n<p>Movement is one of the few things where we can forget about the everyday hustle and bustle of the city. But we have to sacrifice time and energy to it. I&#8217;m glad that I was lucky enough to be led to it from an early age and thanks to that I created a strong habit and discipline. This is what I would like to help you, you who want to change something.<\/p>\n<p>I have been an active athlete since I was 8 years old. I offer a wide range of trainings such as martial arts (judo and grapling), freeweight training, calisthenics (exercising with your own body), SM exercises (improving the imbalance of the musculoskeletal system). Exercise technique is in the first place for me.
