Try the Healthy Back group exercise, heal your musculoskeletal system and together we will achieve that you can move in the right ranges and especially painlessly.
Group exercise is aimed at strengthening the back muscles, improving posture, it also serves as prevention and to solve already existing back problems.
The Healthy Back lesson consists of three basic parts:
- In the first part, we will focus on relaxing exercises;
- In the second, we will focus on mobilizing the trunk, neck, shoulder and hip joints;
- The third part will be focused on stabilizing and strengthening these parts.
