What exactly is POWER YOGA?
POWER YOGA is called a modern style by many adherents of the traditional yoga school because it emphasizes physical exercise and is less concerned with spirituality. It is a smooth and almost continuous movement (in the form of vinyasa), yoga positions in standing, sitting and balance asanas are included in the sequence. This style combines asana, yoga movement, one’s own breath and concentration of view and mind.

Power yoga originated from Asthanga vinyasa yoga. However, it is more variable, creative and less principled in the sequence of asanas. In power yoga, strengthening the body with your own weight builds strength and fitness. The body is more resilient in all structures and at the same time more flexible.
On a physical basis, a power yoga class is used to:

On a mental basis, a power yoga class is used to:
