In the FitCamp fitness center in Ružinov you will find a wide range of group exercises such as yoga, tabata or ThaiBox. Browse our options, there really is something for everyone.

Strength and fitness

Develop strength and endurance.

In group classes “Strength and Fitness”, we also train weightlifting techniques to improve our skills in this discipline.

We learn basic gymnastic elements, such as the handstand, which helps us develop balance and coordination.

We practice various forms of strength, including explosive training, which increases our strength and speed.

We improve our endurance at both aerobic and anaerobic performance levels to be ready for the tough phases of training.

We experiment with different organizational forms of exercise, including circuit training, to keep our routine varied and fun.

The lessons will be led by Tibor.
