Do you want to try a combination of fitness and strength training? The group exercise Weight Loss Training is perfect for you.

Weight loss training combines cardio and strengthening elements. Together, they form a very effective tandem.

This combined exercise helps to reduce excess fat faster, maintain an ideal weight and achieve a nicely shaped athletic figure.

  • an exercise lesson focused in the first part on reducing excess weight in the form of coordination-facing, but physically intense exercise;
  • The second part consists of a variety of exercises designed to strengthen the entire muscular system with purposefully preferred muscle groups of the arms, glutes, legs and abdominal muscles.
