Education:
I graduated from a master’s degree in sport for health at FTVŠ UK.
Specialization:
I do weightlifting. I use kettlebell techniques and balance aids during training. They are used to prevent injuries, but also to recover faster after an injury. I focus on the harmonious movement of the body. I completed the trainings Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Blackroll, HumanSport, core training, erroneous movement patterns, Core level 1, Kettlebells and bulgarian bag.
As a personal trainer, I try to meet the individual needs and goals of the client. I like to support people’s motivation, determination and responsibility. These factors are important if you want to shape your figure (reduce subcutaneous fat) or gain muscle mass.
